Antelope Canyon, on Navajo land near Page, Arizona, is one of the most photographed slot canyons in the world — narrow, winding sandstone corridors carved by flash floods, with light beams piercing the upper canyon around midday. Access is strictly via guided Navajo-led tours, split between the more famous Upper Canyon and the more strenuous, less crowded Lower Canyon.
